hi :)
NAPFA 5 test items today :P
after school tam came with me to my aunts house and we ate lunch :P
so shes like the test is at 145....
i thought 330?
no i think they said during assembly...vaguely.
i was late today so i wasnt in assembly...
wanna go now in case its at 145?

in lift:
OMG ITS 144 AHHHHHHHHHHHH
and we ran the whole way :P



AND IT WAS AT 145 so we were kindof late :O just in time actually :P
soooo....
pull ups: 20 (A)
shuttle run: 10.6s and 10.6s (A)
situps: 30 (A)
sitandreach: 38cm (A)
standingbroadjump: 190cm and 194cm (A)

and previously my 1.6 run was 8min55s :P
so 30/30 :DDDDDDD
