Hello :)
I'm trying to do the workbook thingy that i have to submit to get my biodiversity challenge badge and food security and climate change badge, but i feel like slacking so here i am :D
Yesterday's AA rehearsal was so long and Guides just chatted among themselves and we just danced when we were told to.
IM SO SCREWED, IM IN THE FRONT ROW FOR EVERYTHING BECAUSE WE'RE NOT ARRANGED ACCORDING TO ABILITY BUT WE'RE ARRANGED ACCORDING TO HEIGHT AND IM LIKE A CORGI WITH THOSE STUBBY HANDS AND FEET OF THEIRS, BUT COME TO THINK OF IT I DANCE WORSE THAN A CORGI AND EVERYONE'S GONNA BE LOOKING AT THE AWKWARD CORGI IN THE FRONT ROW WITH THE SIDEWAYS EYES BECAUSE IM COPYING MY NEIGHBOUR WHO IS NOT A CORGI. RUFF! RUFF! RRRRRRRRRRRRR RUFFRUFF!
Yep anyway yesterday's CIP at the care center (where we were supposed to teach kids team spirit) didn't really go so well cos the boys were really childish and uncooperative (around p1-p2). BUT THE GIRLS WERE SO SWEET AND CUTE AND FUNNY :D
So the first activity that we (unsuccessfully) carried out was an icebreaker, double whacko, where the kids had to pair up, and thats where everything crumbled, because there was alot of argument as to who was partnering who, and a chubby china boy refused to come out from under the table. Poor kid. No one wanted to partner him, and he didn't even want any partner, and to speak the truth i wouldn't want to partner him if i were one of the kids, not with that attitude of his.
So after some unsuccessful attempts to pair the kiddies up we scraped the pairing thing and decided to play normal whacko instead of double whacko. So just as we
The rest of my CIP time was spent playing (more successful) games with the kids and having fun with two little girls who were really sweet. And also putting up with this little boy who kept teasing the girls and asking me rudely for candy, and then sticking his middle fingers up frequently.
